The reinforced plaster facade depicts a resin double door with glass inlays, while the first floor balcony hosts a 3D printed balustrade with resin shutter doors. The roof tiles are also cast in resin. The base is cast in Material One – a strong polyurethanse plaster – containing crisp paving stones and a tram track to add detail to the base.
