Spectacular C.H. Meylan split second, (‘Rattrapante’) pocket watch, from circa 1910. Executed in a 14k pink gold case in truly beautiful condition. The build quality of the movement is phenomenal, and can be experienced while engaging the chronograph functions. The crispness of all the buttons and resets are like it was made yesterday. The extraordinary finished hands compliment the tone of the case, and are in beautiful contrast to the dial. The watch measures 47 mm and is an absolute testament of fine watchmaking, by one of my favourite Swiss makers of that era.
